If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.ServicesCRIGO GROUP LLC provides residential and commercial window and door installation, replacement, and related services in the New England region of the United States. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or estimate signed by both parties.Estimates and QuotesAll estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change after this period. A signed agreement and deposit are required before work begins.Payment Terms- A deposit (amount specified in the project agreement) is required to schedule your installation.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept payment by check, bank transfer, or credit card. Applicable processing fees may apply for card payments.
- Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.
Project Scope and ChangesAny changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Additional costs resulting from scope changes will be communicated before work proceeds.WarrantiesWe stand behind the quality of our work. Labor warranty terms will be specified in your project agreement. Product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty terms, copies of which will be provided upon request.Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, CRIGO GROUP LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.Intellectual PropertyAll content on www.crigogroup.com, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of CRIGO GROUP LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.Dispute ResolutionAny disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
